CommitWorks (formerly known as Fewzion) makes powerfully simple software that helps blue collar workforces manage their frontline processes, people and equipment to get control and improve results.

Frontline Planning and Scheduling (Fewzion)
A single, integrated plan gets everyone on the same page. Fewzion helps create organised, engaged and productive work forces. It makes it quick for planners to build a well thought out plan, simple for supervisors and crews to be involved in the plan and easy for managers to understand and improve performance.

Short Interval Control (Fewzion)
Fewzion’s “actuals” app puts the plan squarely in the hands of the supervisor via a tablet or on their phone. Doing Short Interval Control with Fewzion means frontline leaders are more aware of how their process is performing against the plan and can act to address issues before they become waste.

Visual Operations (Visual Ops)
Our Visual Ops system has been developed to report identified hazards in real time and real space. Using specially designed software users can create hazard alerts on smart devices in the field and immediately risk rate and pin drop their location on a base map of your operation. This is then displayed on smart devices or large screens in public pre-start or crib rooms so all workers can see and zoom in to the hazards in their work area.
