About

Incorporated in 1981, Conveyor Dynamics, Inc. (CDI) pioneered in the use of computers to predict the power consumption and dynamic behavior of long conveyor belt. We were the first company to recognize the potential of low rolling resistance rubbers to drastically reduce the power consumption of conveyors. Our nearly 40 year focus on developing new technologies continues today with our most recent invention: the conveyor energy storage system-- an alternative to pumped hydro storage using rock instead of water.
