Paul Moynagh

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Commit.Works (formerly Fewzion)

EXPERIENCE

  • Founded Fewzion, a software that helps operational managers improve productivity and reduce risk and cost in their operations
  • Masters in Quality Management with over 15 years’ experience helping operational businesses improve performance, using management operating systems, lean, six sigma and the theory of constraints
  • Certified Master Coach at the Behavioural Coaching Institute, assisting leaders at all levels to improve their management system
  • Bachelor of Technology in Product Development

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Paul has both theoretical knowledge and significant practical experience delivering improved performance in complex operations.

He has experience in the mining, manufacturing and finance industries and has a passion for designing systems that improve performance.

MOTIVATION

Paul enjoys encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship - in product, customer, people and strategy fields.

Having been through the startup process with Fewzion, he recognises how difficult it is to obtain valuable advice, from people who genuinely know what they are talking about. He appreciates being able to shed some light on the realities of entrepreneurship.

Mentoring is a two-way experience; Paul likes being witness to new and exciting developments in the industry.

GIVING BACK

Seeing people have insights that change the way they do things is extremely rewarding for Paul. He enjoys helping them to see things differently and fostering the lightbulb moments.

“The art of coaching or mentoring is helping people to have those lightbulb moments without explicitly telling them how to do so”.

SUCCESS STORY

Paul recently assisted at a Newcrest mine with Fewzion where each of the development units was 20% above their targets at the end of the project.

They were able to improve productivity significantly as a result of being more organised.
